On Friday, March 22, Eden U completed a business owner master class in Boston Massachusetts. The event was attended by over a dozen of the areas top landscape professionals. The one-day master class course focused on several key challenges facing business owners. Techniques and strategies were discussed on how to recruit and keep excellent people. Additionally, we discussed advanced financial strategies for cash flow management.
